Msgsrv32 not responding?

I get this error message when I am doing anything in windows and it locks up my system and I have to ctrl+alt+del to get rid of it.. This happens before I install the live, so it's not related.

I have this problem on my system at work every once in a while. I press ctrl+alt+del and then cancel (I don't actually end application) and it works...

Wish I could offer a solution, but it happens to me too ocasionally. Good Luck.

Please help because I think this is what is messing up my sb live installation since it does this during the driver installation of the windows drivers...
