msgsrv32 error 50% of the time at boot up

windows 98se just after it asks for my password for my lan i get this error msgsrv32 and after finding it i would appreciate some help on deciphering it the file is windows 32 bit vxd message server thanks hope to hear from you all soon please

Your best bet is to do some searching on the WIN98se support(Knowledge Base) page:

You may be able to search for your specific error and that will help you solve the problem. I thought "vxd" errors were in regard to video, but hopefully someone can shed some light on that. Good Luck! 😀
