Msft intellitype and winamp

I just bought a Microsoft comfort curve only to discover that it does not have all the media fuction buttons but rather just play and volume control (shoulda taken a closer look). Not a problem i though, i can just configure it. I configured some of the buttons to be what I needed and it works in WMP but not in winamp.

note: i used to use a hp keyboard which did have the media buttons which worked in WMP and winamp.

any suggestions?

Do you have the latest IntelliType software installed? I believe the latest is 6.1 or 6.0. Otherwise try installing the latest version by going to Microsoft's website.
