MSDOS on Desktop

In Start menu go to Programs /Accessories - find Command Prompt, right click on it, select Copy, and then Paste onto your desktop.
 
Right click on desktop | New | Shortcut. Type in command for the filename. MS-DOS Prompt for shortcut name. That's it.
