MSDN Subscriptions

Situation: Our affiliate company in Chile would like to use our VB6 disks we received as part of our MSDN subscription as they need to do some development for some equipment we build. We are the 'main branch', and have a valid MSDN subscription. We have the VB6 disks, are we allowed to lend them to our Chile office for them to use?

I've emailed MSDN customer service, and they told me that I need to get more information from our Microsoft License Reseller (I already checked with them, they have no idea)...
