MSDN product keys

I currently use Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server R2 2008, Office 2010. They are MSDN subscription versions from before 2013. Looking to bare metal install Windows 10.

I have the product keys for all. What are the chances they will install and be approved by Redmond on a new install?
