I don't know if this is the right place to post this. I tried Technical Support and that was not the right place. Please forgive me if this is incorrect also. I'm trying to learn as I go.
My girlfriend ran into this problem.
Using Norton Systemworks 2002 it gives the following message.
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32\Dotnetinstaller.exe cannot access mscoree.dll"
I don't know if that is important or not.
Can anyone help? If this is not the right place, what is?
