I'm discussing msconfig with some people,and they keep claiming this is the best way. I keep telling them its better to delete the reg entry since msconfig only does it for temporary. If anyone can help me out,tell me what it does and does not do.
 
To "prevent" stuff from starting up. But I'm sure its only temporary,because its called diagnostic mode,or selective startup.
