msconfig.exe equivalent in win2000?

I just started using windows 2000 and need to know how to get to the equivalent of windows 98's msconfig.exe, so I can choose which programs run when I boot the computer. I found it once, then I couldn't seem to find it again. Thanks.

Do you have Windows98 still? Just use the same file. it'll say a bunch of useless junk, but it still will do the same things to your registry/boot files.
 
alright, i'll try that next time I'm in 2000, I thought there was a similar program to run in 2000 though.
