msconfig and regedit are having problem

Hi, when i run(press start / run) msconfig or regedit, by the time my mouse cursor pointing to the windows, it will then disappear.

i can't even do anything.

AVG(Grisoft) scanned with no virus detected. i remember my friend had this problem before, but that time there was a virus.

and two(2) windows explorers viewing "my document" are opened once windows is loaded.
