Not as many as are being arrested now. And even when they did arrest some, they left the back door wide open for them to get right back on our streets and back in business. Those days are gone. hopefully forever.

You have to show that the overall crackdown rate is considerably higher under Trump, because if you can't, it's just another case of misleading uses of statistics during the Trump administration (for example: Trump touting job growth rates as amazing despite their being lower than under Obama).
