When I try to open Word, I see it open but it then goes directly to the bar at the bottom of the screen, it doesn't actually open... If I do it again, I eventually end up with several of them on the bar. Does anyone know what this is all about?
 
Word remembers the last setting of the window size. Sometimes this screws up :frown: and the it keeps showing up minimized. Try right-clicking on task bar and select Restore. Then resize the window first and then maximize. This will enable word to re-write the window positions to the registry.
