MS Word XP problems - I can't insert a picture and then move it!

Help, how do I make it so that word will let me move a picture that I inserted via insert > picture from file?

Right-click on the picture, go to Format Picture and then to the layout tab.
Change the wrapping style to something other than In-line with text and you should be able to move the picture.
