MS Word wizards, help needed please.

Is there a way to specify in a document for it to take text that I am typing in a particular location and replicate it in another location?

Example:
In the below if I type Joe in First Name and Smith in Last Name is there a way to have it replicate those entries in Full Name so they don't have to be re-entered manually?

First Name: Joe
Last Name: Smith

Full Name: Joe Smith

Should be able to do this with cross-references, but you'll have to check the help or something.
