MS Wireless Mouse w/ 700M

Hi all,
First post.

Has anyone had any reception issues with Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse (BX3-00008) and the Dell Inspiron 700m? The only USB ports are on the 700m are on the left side and some on Amazon have complained about reception problems (right handed users of course) because of this issue.

Anyone with similiar problems?
