Howdy all,

I'm running Win2k with sp2 installed. After I installed the service pack, the automated windows update stopped working. I am able to connect properly to the product updates screen, but whenever I attempt to download and install anything, I get an error message saying that the selected components were unable to be installed.

Any ideas?

I haven't heard of an issue like you describe. Personally I never used the Windows Update to begin with. I would rather have control of what updates are applied.

You can download the updates from here until you find an answer. You may find you prefer to do things the manual way.
