MS to push IE7 as a high priority update

Interesting. That's not how it works in other media such as newspapers, magazines, etc.

Oh well - live and learn I guess. And no, I've not encountered this "fixed" thing in the entire time I've been on the Anandtech forums.

It's done for fun so yeah the media wouldn't do it. You probably don't visit OT/P&N often then. Usually no offense is intended when "fixing" quotes.

Almost a lifer and you've never seen this? Insane.

Back on topic, I can understand how this would be a pain for most work environments, but for home it's fine. IE7 is great and no one really has an excuse to be using 6 instead.

Back on topic, I can understand how this would be a pain for most work environments, but for home it's fine. IE7 is great and no one really has an excuse to be using 6 instead.

Except when things are coded to not accept anything but IE6

And IE6 will not co-exist with IE7
