MS SUpport after 90 days

I've never called MS for a windows issue.. I've been with it since win 3.0... Either friends, tinkering myself or of later years, the internet for help.

Same here. Only when it's gotten into some kind of compatibility issue at the server level with another company's product(like Cisco) have we ever needed to contact MS directly.
