Are there any other "Kiosk" type software packages that revert changes on a reboot like the above two? And any idea if SteadyState is even able to be downloaded any more? I've heard it doesn't work for any OS newer than XP.

AFAIK, MS took down all links to download SteadyState sometime in 2010.
