MS Site checking USER_AGENT?

When I download patches from MS in Mozilla I'm getting 12K/s.

IE gets 35K/s downloading the same patches under VMWare.

Whats up with that?.......

Odd- A few months ago I would get at least 100k/s with mozilla from MS over at a friend's house. Not sure if something has change in some of the newer Mozilla builds. Well I guess some of us can just say it's another way for MS trying to say IE is faster then Mozilla, lol.
