Why in the world would only 5 of the 7 be detectable with the BSA?

This has happened before. There have been updates that are only detectable by the EST in October, February and April. The current MBSA engine just doesn't detect everything, that's an unfortunate fact of life at the moment.

All three tools (MBSA, OST and EST) will be consolidated very soon.
