In MS paint, can you rotate an object less tha 90 degrees?
What free progrmam wil do this easily?
 
I'm not sure - I actually just installed it myself - I've been having issues with my Photoshop5 working with XP. I downloaded the installer packages. I'm sure there's an easier program to rotate images with though.

AcDsee, at least my version lets me rotate in 90 degree intervals.

humm, i just figured it did cause its like thumbs + which I use and i can do any degree i want even decimals
