MS Outlook XP slow startup

when i opening outlook it takes around 15-30 seconds for the load thingy to go away... the one that says "outlook XP" before the actual program actually starts up...everything else runs fine...perfectly fast.

anyone know why? its def not the system (hardware) thanks.

took off send email everytime connected... (i think that changed it).... i have 2-3 email accts hooked up to outlook so its probably trying all the accts to see if it can send...
