MS Outlook: TO field is autocompleting with non existant email address

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem at work. A handful of people using outlook 2002/2003, when composing an email to one particular person, is autofilling the "TO" field with a yahoo account that does not belong to the intended recipient.
Instead of of john.doe@company.com it fills out johndoe@yahoo.com and john doe says he doesnt have a yahoo account.

Any ideas on what made the yahoo account show up on multiple computers?
it does not show up on mine when i try to type in his address in the TO field of outlook.

we are using exchange 2003 and i cant find the yahoo address anywhere.

When typing the address, it should come up with a "suggestion" below. Press the down arrow, then press delete.

Doesn't that delete "all" autofill contacts though?
