i'm using ms outlook and i want to know if there is a way to add a link to the actions menu.
i have a coworker that uses outlook and when she selects the "actions menu" there are your standard options plus some that say "new blah blah form", "new blah blah form 2", etc. once she clicks on one of these, a new form comes up based on a template. i know how to create a template, but i would like to have a quick link to it somewhere on the menu.
