I'm trying to set up Outlook 2000 so that I can have a calendar shared to 2 other users on the same network. I installed Outlook 2000 with the Netfolders services since we don't have Exchange server, nor do we plan on using it. I've set up email accounts for each workstation and they can send/receive email fine. Sharing invitations also work. I have sent invitations to each workstation email address for a single master calendar from the 'host' PC. The clients do receive the invitations and I do hit 'accept' for the invitation. However, the changes made to a calendar do not appear on the client machines, even after hitting 'Send updates now' and hitting 'send and receive' on each client workstation. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong here but this seems like the most straight ahead way to do this. The software does say that the updates will be sent shortly but even after a few hours, it doesn't do anything. Basically the client computers don't receive any bit of information to the shared calendar and editing and updating the calendar from a client computer won't update the calendar on the host machine either. What am I doing wrong here???
