MS Outlook 2003 Rules Question

I get a ton of spam from two particular places:

"Pfizer Distribution" & Lilly Program"

Or some form of "Pfizer" & "Lilly" but these are only display names, these aren't in the actual email address, the email address it's coming from is always different, so my rules wizard doesn't detect them at all.

I looked through the rules wizard for a while, but I can't find any options to set up a rule based on the "Display Name".

Does anyone know any tricks to get the rules wizard to work with "Display Names?"

You need a real anti-spam solution. Sorry but without it you're gonna be writing rules every day.
