Grand Nagus
My new Dell Dimension 4100/866 came with MS Office 2000 including Outlook 2000.
There are two things which are driving me absolutely crazy and I hope one can show me the answer.
1) After composing an e-mail and clicking the SEND button, the e-mail remains in my OUTBOX. It gets sent the next time Outlook receives/sends new e-mail or whenever I hit F5 (check for e-mail). Which setting/option should I select to make the e-mail be sent instantly instead of being queued in my OUTBOX folder?
2) My Outlook Express for the Mac OS has a simple feature which I REALLY miss. While composing an e-mail, there's a drop down list from which you can select which e-mail account you're sending FROM. I have four different ISP e-mail addresses for personal, business and other uses. Right now I have to go to OPTIONS to select which account I'm sending from, which I usually end up forgetting to do.
Hope these two questions make sense and I would really appreciate any help you guys can offer.
