I think the free shipping is only good if you add items to bring your total over $99. Some items don't qualify towards the needed $99 total (such as gaming consoles). But this is the same mouse I have now and it's a good deal for the price.

Update-I just purchased this mouse for $19.99 but when I tried it again to see if it still worked it didn't. I must have added this mouse a few days ago and it saved it in my shopping cart. Only thing I can think of.
