MS Office toolbar vanished mystiriously...

Hi all,
I have a MS Office application and in Word I lost all the toolbars or command lines or anything that has to do with tools. I can't restore them, I don't know where to search.
It is the second time I encounter this problem with word and last time I reinstalled windows. Quite radical correction don't you think?
Please send any information you can to help me on this,

Right click in the header (where they should be) and a list of the toolbars should appear and you should be able to select them from there.
