MS Office programs such as word reload everytime...

Just remembered my mom is having trouble with her laptop. Her MS Office keeps reloading itself everytime she opens up a document. You know, that whole 'install' thingy or whatever. I don't remember it comming up before...

Anyone know how to fix it?

Do I just reload MS Office???

does this happen even when you insert the CD or point it at the saved install files? typically office does this when you try to install a new feature, such as a language pack. it only happens one time if you give it the CD, but it will keep asking if you cancel it...
