MS Office - Password Protected Documents

You know when you go into the Security Tab in Office documents?

There is a long list of encryption types.

I use one of the 128bit ones. Is that pretty secure?

Those password crackers have a pretty tough time getting into the 128bit protected documents, don't they?

You could always encrypt it outside of Word using a known, good encryption engine.
