My co worker is trying to do a mail merge with data in a MS. Word 97 file and mail merge on another file for an envolop.
Is there a site that can help her. I have done it with a excel spreadsheet as my database never with a word document as a source for data.
Can anybody help>

Tools>Mail Merge>Create>Envelopes>Active Window

Get Date>Create Data Source>

You should be able to figure it out from there.

I did all that already..
But for somereason it wont work

is there a specific way the word document for source data has to be formatted?
