MS .NET Framework..should I install this

You only need to install the .NET Framework if you run applications that are built using the .NET Framework.

thanks only one is ATI drivers...hehehe..I use omega drivers and he dumps there stupid control panel that requires .net

Personally, I've always installed 1.1 and 2.0. You never know when you may need them for some application and I've never noticed any sort of performance issue with them.

Oh really? I might have to use those then, I have heard bad things out CCC, my radeon should be in any day now.

ATI offers standalone display drivers without CCC.
 
Vista comes with .Net framework 3 built-in the OS I believe,I also installed 1.1 on my Vista,no problems to report.

Yeh, but will I be able to change settings for games that do not offer 3D settings inside them? For example if I want to enable AF, V-Sync / triple buffer.

Yes you can. The problems usually arise when you disable Catalyst AI. AA seems to quit working when I disable it, so I just leave it set to 'standard.'
