I noticed on the packaging that it says USB Only, whereas the 5000 and lower model #'s accept PS2 or USB interface. I've got a 4port KVM with PS2 Ports so was wondering if I could use the 6000 Mouse with an older adapter if it'd work perhaps in a less feature friendly mode... has anybody tried it out?

Alternatively I can go with the Logitech 1000 I s'pose.
