MS Internet explorer slow window openings

I have a new compaz 6000z with 640 memory. I think its S3 graphics ProSavage DDR.

I have several(10) open MS Internet explorer windows open. They are minimized on the lower toolbar. When I reopen to full size, the window appears to grow, rather than snap open quickly.
Is there a setting to make these windows "snap" open 🙂

Press the windows key and the Pause/break key at the same time.
Goto the advanced tab.
Under performance click settings.
Uncheck animate windows (first checkbox)
Change anything else you want.
Is this what you meant?
