MS Intellimouse from 1.0 to 1.1

I had a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical version 1.0 that died and MS replaced it with a 1.1 version. Apart from the physical differences on the bottom of the mouse, are there any other differences between version 1.0 and version 1.1?? Is it more responsive? Does it still have that annoying problem where if you jerk the mouse too quickly, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the screen?

Any info is appreciated.. thanks

AFAIK, the only difference is the cord design. However I never had any jumpiness on a 1.1.
