After 4 months of use, my Intellimouse Explorer (the grey one) is dead. The light turns on and off but there is no cursor in Win2K. Does anyone have a fix for this? ... I know Microsoft has a 1 yeat warranty but I cant find their number to call for a replacement. Can some post it if they have it? Thanks!

Here's the info I got before.

Here's the first number to call where you explain your problem and they give you a case #

1-425-454-2030

Then they have you call this # to get a RMA

1-800-370-9255

dang Microsoft. I dont have long distance on my phone. :(

Does anyone remember what number (10-10-220) where you get your calls for under 1$ for first 20 minutes. Or some service like that doesnt charge you a huge monthly fee for using their service.

I dont want to spend another dollar on the mouse.

PS> Do I have to send in that registration card (I think there was one)?
