Many a proggy is using this MS Installer which creates odd shortcuts with a greyed out Target that does not point to a specific file. Some of them when run try to reinstall the application or otherwise access the orginal source location so I find that sometimes I have to create my own "old fashioned" shortcuts manually. I anyone aware of this problem and can y'all shed any light on it?
