MS Explorer 3.0 vs. Explorer 4.0

Can you still buy the 3.0 anywhere? I am unsure of the new scroll wheel on the 4.0 version. Any ideas or opinions? Thanks
 
I like the scroll wheel it is kind of hard to use in FPS because you can scroll right by the weapon however i like it better than the 3.0. You could always just get an MX700 or MX510.

I'm not much of a gamer. I will be using it mostly for internet. I have a Intellimouse 1.1 right now and I want something that fits my hand better.
