MS Exchange question

Am I able to send email on behalf of another person through MS exchange?

For instance, My username is andy and I have a shared mailbox with full permission to another user mailbox called mark. Can I login with andy and send email from mark@mydomain.com through MS Outlook ?

I have been trying so hard to find out how, but am never successful.

I am running exchange 2000 with Win2K active directory and ms outlook mail clients if that helps. I am also using exchange mail settings on outlook. (I know that I can send email on behalf of another person through outlook internet mail settings)

Thanks for any inputs.
