ms builder componet replacement (SBC) won't replace xp pro/plus

Thank you for your interest in Microsoft System Builder Component Replacement Program (SBC). The reason we cannot provide a replacement for this is because this product is Microsoft Windows XP Professional Plus which we do not support. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
That is the email. I need a new startup disc. I have certificate of authorization. I built the pc and this was their OEM site.
They replace xp pro but not xp pro plus I guess. What is the difference? What can I do about getting a new disc? I am thinking about keep bugging them till they do because this sounds like a lot of BS. Thanks for any help.

And that sure looks like the U.S. site. Maybe they did not do it because I did not have a "!" WOW!

Hmm, I did not know there was a product that bundled XP and Plus! into the same COA. Does it come with different CDs for XP and Plus! or is it all integrated into one CD?

Is there a product number on the COA like E85-0xxxx?
 
Just thought I should clarify. I need a new cd because mine was lost or stolen so I do not remember if it was 1 or 2 discs. As always thanks for any replies.
