Well trying to reinstall itself. Computer is Win XP Home SP2. I've scanned the entire hard drive with house call, Panda Active Scan as well as NAV. Spyware programs I've used are: Spybot, AdAware, MSAS, Spyware Doctor 3.2 full version.

I removed whatever I could find. Every time I reboot or every other reboot and I log into one of the many user accounts on this computer MSAS catches IBIS trying to reinstall itself. PLEASE HELP!

If you didn't do so already, check the list of Services for any bogus ones: example pic with the Started ones on top.

I'd also nuke the Windows\Temp folder, all Temporary Internet Files directories, the \Windows\Prefetch directory, the Recycle Bin, System Restore (duh), \Windows\Downloaded Program Files, and rescan it with Kaspersky's web scanner if you have that much time. If you're behind a router, try Safe Mode With Networking for extra traction.

edit: searching a bit, I found some more focused advice here: http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/pest/Pest.aspx?id=453077909 Of course, the company probably keeps rebuilding their junk to make it hard to identify, so roll with the punches.
