Looks like I have 15 days to re-evaluate MS Action Pack unfortunately. While it is still a great deal, I can't take advantage of all the benefits for my situation. Looks like perhaps a move to phase the little guys out..

Renewal Rates:
Action Pack renewal rates start at $299 (U.S.). Please be assured that the Action Pack is available exclusively to Registered Members at the lowest price we can offer while ensuring that we are providing you with the highest quality.
Renewal Instructions:
1. Choose one of the two subscription levels that best suits your business:

$299 USD= Standard Renewal

Benefits: In the Microsoft Action Pack Standard Subscription, you will receive Quarterly Update Kits, business-relevant marketing materials and discount offers, project guides, campaign toolkits, media and licensing.

$399 USD= Plus Renewal

Benefits: In the Microsoft Action Pack Plus Subscription, you will receive Quarterly Update Kits, business-relevant marketing materials and discount offers, project guides, campaign toolkits, media and licensing. You will also receive a one year membership to Microsoft List Builder. Microsoft List Builder is a very cost-effective way to reach customers. You have the added benefit that you can target different customer segments with personalized messages.

Even with the price increase, don't you guys think it's worth the cost? I mean they include a crap load of software like Server, SQL etc. Right?

Yea, I think it is especially if Drakkon is right, which seems reasonable.

its reasonable until you have to renew it every year...and you HAVE to renew it every year if you want to continue running software in it (legally. That and you are supposed to buy the software if your doing anything besides TESTING on it.
My company gets a subscription and so its worth it cause we get the upgrades to test our software on but hopefully you guys arent just getting it for home use cause for a single user it kinda gets expensive :p
