MS-6340M Power Problem!

I am building a little Duron system (no gaming, just business) and I got the MS-63040M motherboard, and the Enlight 7237 300W case. The problem is that after hooking everything up, as soon as I plug the power supply into the wall, the whole computer turns on. No signal is sent to the monitor, but every light lights up (CD-Rom, floppy, HD) and it won't respond to the Power or Reset buttons. Also the CD-Rom won't eject. So... I'm kinda stuck. Any insight at all into what could be happening would be most appreciated.
