ms-6330 freeze up during boot

I have a MS-6330 K7T Pro 2-A motherboard. I have had it for about 14 months. Here in the last month or less it has started having problems. It will boot real slow, now it will NO BOOT AT ALL. It freezes during memory count, or before, or while detecting hard drive, cdrom, ect. I can shut it down and come back a day or two later and it might work or it might not.

From reading post on MSI forum it sounds like alot of people have the same problem. Anyone have an answer of how to fix or how to get ahold of MSI to see about a RMA (if they will).

Any help would be great.
