MS-1013 Bluetooth issue

i just put together my laptop i put the wifi card and everything and the wifi works fine but i cant enable the bluetooth is there some trick to this or something i put the drivers and everything but when i press the wifi button on the laptop it only disables and enables the wifi in the 1029 and 1036 it does both wifi and bluetooth, how can i get my bluetooth to work??
