MRTG on Windows Machine

has anyone successfully setup MRTG on windows box ? The instruction on the web arent very clear. I am trying to set it up to graph my dell 5324 and other cisco switch.
I've tried setting this up on unix box, but I am not very unix savy and its not that easy.
Any help setting up MRTG on a windows box would be very helpfull.

the instructions are a little rough, but it is not that hard. I have had it running on XP and 2K workstation . server
where are you running into a problem (how far in the instructions did you get?)
 
Like Nothinman said, it's just a matter of installing Perl on your computer. I went the lazy route and bought PRTG.. just have to click a few buttons and you get neat graphs to show the upper management.
