No.

After a workout you should be eating solid foods high in protein within 45 minutes. A shake will suffice if you can't get to food immediately but it will not have the same effect as a meal of food.

If it's hard for you to make a meal right after you workout for some reason. Preboil and shred some chicken breasts. Then just throw them on a salad or in a sandwich.

What difference does it make whether it's considered a meal or not?

If it's part of a 6 meal a day thing, then it can suffice as an inbetween meal. But you shouldn't be substituting a shake for breakfast lunch or dinner. Those meals inbetween a shake is fine. You should try and fit in your exercise routine right before one of the bigger meals.

I would substitute your 6:30am meal with 2 eggs a bagel and a glass of milk. The good thing about eggs is you can make a big batch of hardboiled ones.

At least that's what I eat for breakfast. Hardboiled eggs are surprisingly easy to get out with a spoon, then you just put some tabasco or something on them them in between a bagel. If you can get it I'd also recommend eggs on toast with vegemite.

Also you might want to think about substituting tuna and deli meats. As prepackaged tuna carries a lot of sodium as do deli meats.

One more thing add a piece of fruit to your 930 and 330 meals, a banana, apple or orange.

Otherwise you are getting a lot of your protein from shakes and bars, and not a lot of solids before lunch. You'll be surprised what a difference a solid food breakfast will make over a shake.
