I wouldn't mind a sample of this... :)
Interesting that it has unlimited uniform endurance.
Apparently, they will start shipping in Q4, price is around $2200. Ouch!

Features and Benefits
  • Persistent, non-volatile
  • MRAM speeds are 1333MT/sec/pin and 2666MT/sec/pi, with DRAM-like performance
  • No need for back-up power module or host energy source to be non-volatile
  • Adoption into different form factors and interfaces

Specifications
Form Factor : PCle HHHL (Half-Height/Half-Length)
Interface: PCle Gen3 x8
Capacity: 1GB
Protocol/Access Modes: NVME 1.1+, Direct MemoryAccess (IOPEM, DAX, PCle, MMIO)
Performance IOPs (R/W) (4K random R/W) 1.5M/1.5M (x8 PCle)
Latency (R/W) QD = 1: 6.26µs (Read)/7.22µs (Write)
Customer Defined Features Customers may optionally program onboard FPGA with their own RTL to extend features/functions
Endurance: Unlimited uniform endurance

only one GB? Call me when they get something at least usable, like say at least 256 maybe? At least that would be usable as a boot/OS/application drive. In fact come to think of it, report back when they have 2TB MRAM drives out at a reasonable cost.
